"A lawyer for Taylor Lautner says the Twilight actor has settled a lawsuit with an recreational vehicle dealership he claims didn't deliver a $US300,000 trailer in time for a movie shoot.
Lawyer Robert Barta said Friday that McMahon RV of Irvine, California, will pay $US40,000 to Lautner, who will donate it to Lollipop Theater Network, a children's charity.
